Halloween at the Campground

This last weekend we went camping at the Saginaw Bay Resort campground in Standish, Michigan.  Although it is only early October, they celebrated Halloween this weekend.  There were wonderfully decorated campsites, and magnificent fall colors.  We handed out candy to the trick or treaters, and after only 20 minutes learned that 300 pieces of candy was not nearly enough.

Here are a few pictures from our weekend.

These folks really go all out for Halloween.

Even Shelby got dressed up.  The costume is strangely appropriate.

Did someone mention fall foliage?

  2. Thanks Tess. It was good to get out and just take pics, even if only for a short time. Life has been hectic, and I have not had much safari time. Thanks for visiting! It is good to be back.
