River of Time - 2013

Wow, it has been some time since I last posted.  I have been busy photography my son’s high school marching band, and even had a couple jobs.  I have not had much hobby time lately.

But last weekend I was able to get out and visit the River of Time, an annual historical re-enactment held in Bay City.  A beautiful sunny day, lots of interesting things to see, and, best of all, a quality afternoon out with my two boys.

The River of Time has people representing all periods of American history, from colonial times…..

… to the 20th century.

This year there was a lot more from the WWII era.

It is great to see and meet the people….

If you ever find yourself in mid Michigan at the end of September, and are looking for something to do, come and visit the River of Time.  You will not be disappointed!
